SENTA Leadership Team
Adam joined SENTA partners on May 6, 2019 as its Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Adam is responsible for the overall success of the organization. As CEO Adam is responsible for leading the development and execution of a long-term vision and business strategy with the goal of increasing shareholder equity value. Adam also works with Shore Capital Partners and the Board of Directors to implement strategy and vision for SENTA. Prior to joining SENTA Adam was an Executive with Athletico Physical Therapy based in Oak Brook, IL. At Athletico Adam reported directly to the CEO with P&L responsibility over the entire enterprise. Additionally, Adam was part of the Executive team that developed and executed planning, strategy and operational growth initiatives for a $100M EBITDA business across the enterprise of more than 525 locations in 12 states. During his tenure, Athletico grew from 60 clinics to over 525 in 12 states, to over 5,000 employees, including 2,000 clinicians.
As part of the Executive team at Athletico, Adam led through two successful exits to private equity, as well as double digit strategic acquisitions and the successful integration of those businesses, as well as the largest purchase and integration in the PT space. Adam has lead multiple business segments; strategic partnerships, business development, De Novos, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, HR, revenue cycle, managed care, industrial services/workers compensation and data analytics/clinical outcomes. Prior to being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in May of 2016, Adam served as Executive VP of Operations and Director of Managed Care.
Adam graduated from The George Washington University in Washington DC with a B.S. in Business Administration. In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and also enjoys running marathons, travel and golf.
Zack joined SENTA in June 2021 from DaVita, Inc., the largest kidney care company in the world, where he oversaw all corporate development and market strategy over much of the Southeastern US; a $1B in annual revenue market. In addition to his primary role, Zack also managed DaVita’s acquisition integration team across the US and has previously ran market operations for DaVita in the Atlanta area. Prior to his eight years at DaVita, Zack spent close to a decade in the Commercial Real Estate business in Atlanta, representing office tenants and institutional investors in a number of strategic leasing and sales transactions across the city.
Since joining SENTA, Zack and his team have led an exciting expansion of SENTA’s partnerships, including transforming SENTA into a true multi-state provider via new partnerships across the Southeast.
Zack is a native Atlantan and a graduate of The University of Georgia (B.A.) and Emory University (MBA), who still lives in the city with his wife Anne, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Zack loves the North Georgia mountains, traveling, golf, and Atlanta area sports teams.
Rob joined SENTA Partners in June 2021 as its Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Rob is responsible for the development and execution of SENTA's growth strategy, continuous improvement of practice operations and technology, and executive team and Board of Directors leadership. Rob joined SENTA through Shore Capital Partners and their operating executive program.
Prior to joining SENTA, Rob held operational and investing leadership roles in the lower middle-market space for Alpine Investors and Harren Equity Partners respectively. Prior to these roles, Rob was a Strategy & Operations Consultant for Deloitte. Rob is originally from Villanova, PA and now resides in Atlanta with his family. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and reading classics. Rob holds an MBA from the UVA Darden School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Duke University.
Tatiana joined SENTA Partners in February of 2020 to lead the Human Resources function. In her role, Tatiana leads the overall HR strategy while also supporting affiliation leadership in engaging and investing in human capital. She brings over 25 years of HR experience to SENTA, including mergers and acquisition activities, employee integration, training, and building the company culture.
She started her human resources career in the hospitality industry in Moscow, Russia, where she participated in launching three brand new 5-star properties over the course of 3 years. In 1998, Tatiana relocated to Georgia and subsequently joined Concentra, where she spent 13 years partnering with the region’s operational leaders to execute business objectives, drive employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience. Following her time at Concentra Tatiana was the Human Resources Director at D4C Dental Brands for 7 years. While with D4C Dental Brands, Tatiana used her expertise to develop the HR infrastructure and build a team focused on developing top talent by valuing, engaging, and supporting a diverse workforce.
Tatiana graduated from the State Academy of Management in Russia with a masters-equivalent in Personnel Management.
Victoria joined SENTA Partners in August 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Victoria brings over 25 years of healthcare finance experience, including M&A acquisitions and integrations, DE NOVO start-ups, RCM leadership, contract review and negotiations, and public and regulatory filings. Prior to joining SENTA, Victoria served as Chief Financial Officer for Interventional Management Services, a private equity-sponsored manager of a large pain management practice and 21 ASCs. In 2011, as Chief Financial Officer, Victoria, with other founders, took a start-up vascular surgery practice from modeling concept to opening three multi-state locations in eighteen months.
From 2007 through 2011, Victoria served as Chief Financial Officer for Physician Oncology Services, LP, a private equity-sponsored management company of radiation oncology facilities. Victoria was employed by Russell Corporation as Vice President, Corporate Controller from June 2005 through December 2006, revamping its SEC reporting until its sale to Fruit of the Loom. Prior to joining Russell, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer for HealthTronics Surgical Services, Inc. ( HealthTronics, Inc.), a publicly held company that provided non-invasive surgery for urologic and orthopedic conditions and manufactures, markets, and distributes medical equipment. Victoria joined HealthTronics in 1997.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from Georgia State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. Victoria enjoys spending time with family and following the Atlanta Braves.
Dr. Shatul Parikh, a native Atlantan, received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, and completed his medical studies at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Parikh returned to Emory University to complete his residency in Otolaryngology. Dr. Parikh is a nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive thyroid/parathyroid surgery. Currently an instructor for the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Parikh teaches other surgeons advanced techniques in thyroid/parathyroid surgery. He is also experienced in all routine ENT procedures. Dr. Parikh is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is also the medical director of Northwest ENT Surgery Center.
Neha is a leader in Medical Revenue Cycle Management with over 27 years of experience, directing overall full revenue cycle activities and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Prior to SENTA, she lead RCM in Gastroenterology with United Digestive, LLC. She has extensive experience with outsourcing, insourcing, acquisitions, multi-state practices, process improvements, and managing all aspects of revenue cycle.
Neha holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. She is committed to process improvement, colleague development, and driving sustainable growth.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family. She is a proud parent to two children, Maya and Nick. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and binge-watching documentaries.
Carleen came to SENTA in October of 2021 as the VP of Marketing focused on both B2C and B2B marketing efforts.
She has over 25 years of marketing experience at fortune 100 companies and boutique agencies working to promote mega brands such as Coca-Cola and Mercedes-Benz. She led the Local Media and Experiential Center of Excellence at The Coca-Cola Company and then went on to lead Experiential Strategy for Mercedes-Benz USA.
Carleen received her B.A. in Advertising from The University of Florida.
Melissa leads the integration function at SENTA and is responsible for successfully onboarding all new affiliations and ensuring a smooth transition experience for physicians and employees. Melissa has served in a variety of roles during her time at SENTA including supporting payroll, benefits, credentialing, A/P, finance and month-end close, marketing, IT, reporting, treasury management and operations. Melissa joined the administrative team with Northwest ENT & Allergy Center in 2017 and transitioned to SENTA in March 2019 as a member of the original partnership between Northwest ENT and Allergy Center and Shore Capital Partners.
Melissa grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from the University of South Carolina where she received bachelor degrees in International Business and Accounting. Melissa loves football, staying active and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
As an experienced Healthcare IT Executive with over 30 years of expertise, Paul has dedicated his career to driving digital transformations within the healthcare industry. Specializing in private equity acquisitions and integrations, He leverages technology as a strategic differentiator to enhance organizational success. His extensive experience includes strategic planning, enterprise architecture, project management, EMR/EHR implementation, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, AI, HIPAA compliance, and ensuring patient data privacy.
Paul's mission is to revolutionize healthcare by using technology as a driving force to improve outcomes and operational efficiency. His approach blends innovative technological solutions with robust strategic planning to address the evolving challenges of the healthcare sector.
Jamie Zaccanti is the Vice President of ENT Operations. A Michigan native, Jamie is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a master’s degree in health administration. Spending most of her career working for two of the largest dialysis corporations, DaVita and Fresenius Medical Care, she managed patient care operations for their Detroit and Flint markets. More recently Jamie was chosen to lead two major physician practices, in dermatology and gastroenterology, to streamline and advance their operation systems. For Jamie, optimizing operations is about making connections and working together with those on the frontlines. She is passionate about working side by side with those who do the work every day to best meet their needs and the needs of the patients they serve.
Jamie is passionate about building relationships that support others. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching yoga with her husband. They spend time with their family by traveling and sharing their practice wherever they go.
Scott McCutcheon is a proven senior healthcare leader with over three decades of executive healthcare experience focusing on long-term strategic planning, accelerating company growth, expanding talent recruitment, and providing an exceptional patient experience.
Prior to joining SENTA Partners, Scott served as the Executive Director of Atlanta Allergy & Asthma. Previously, Scott held senior-level executive positions of several leading healthcare organizations in hospital administration, physician practice management, and consulting fields. Scott’s leadership approach is based on delivering the highest quality patient care, team building, ancillary services development, and exceptional patient experience.
Originally from Virginia, Scott currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his family. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, golf, various sports, reading, and volunteering with various organizations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Health Administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
Karen joined SENTA in September of 2020 as Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, she headed the human resources function at Atlanta Allergy & Asthma since 2016. Karen brings over 20 years of progressive human resources experience in various industries where she helped to align the people strategy with organizational initiatives, performance, and growth.
Karen graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA with a B.A. in Business Behavioral Science. Karen also obtained the PHR and SHRM-CP human resources certifications.
Joe Motes joined SENTA Partners in 2022 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Joe leads the development and implementation of hiring strategies and processes to facilitate high-quality recruitment of clinicians, non-clinicians, and support services.
Joe brings over 10 years recruiting experience having led large enterprise recruitment programs focused on hiring multiple skillsets and disciplines. He brings a broad range of knowledge with recruiting experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Executive recruiting, Manufacturing and Operations. He is a United States Army veteran and has lived most of his life in Northeast GA. He earned his Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University, with a B.s. in Human Resources Development from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.
He spends his leisure time in activities with his children, listening to Podcast, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Board Members
Chris is a Partner at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Chris’ responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments. Chris is actively involved in working with the management team at Great Lakes Dental Partners to identify and implement new growth initiatives and is on the Board of Directors of PartnerCare, EyeSouth Partners, Assembly Health, SENTA, and Southern Orthodontic Partners.
Chris received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Bryan has more than 28 years of marketing experience in public and private equity organizations in both B2B and B2C capacities. Currently, Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Youngstown Twin Labs Consulting and Investments LLC where he works with private equity groups, healthcare corporations, B2B and B2C clients domestically and internationally. Most recently, Bryan was an Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Crane Capital Group Inc. and was previously at Vision Source®, a $2.5B eye care retail company where he was SVP and CMO of 3,500+ franchise locations in the United States. He also has experience at Johnson & Johnson and at BIOMET, a leading global orthopedic and dental manufacturer. Mr. Pinciaro has launched 35 brands in consumer packaged goods, vision care, dentistry, orthopedics, logistics, supply chain, international freight and medical devices. He sits on 4 boards, including Shore's H20 Care Partners, as the Lead Indepedent Director.
Justin is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Justin is responsible for investment sourcing and valuation, transaction structuring, the securing of acquisition financing, fundraising and all administrative activities. Justin sits on the board of directors of several Shore Capital portfolio companies.
Outside of the office, Justin is member of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust and Rush University Medical Center Board of Trustees, and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Justin received his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School. Justin earned a Certificate of Law and Business from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University. Justin is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and a Certified Public Accountant.
Gene most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Beaumont Health, the largest healthcare system in southeast Michigan. He has previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Hospital Director. Gene joined Beaumont in 1971, working in a hospital laboratory. As CEO, Gene successfully oversaw the merger of Beaumont Health with Oakwood Healthcare Systems and Botsford Healthcare. He currently serves as the delegate for the AHA Regional Policy Board Region 5. He is a former member of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, and a current member of the Greater Detroit Area Health Council Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, the Oakland County Michigan Medical Main Street Board, and the Detroit Regional Chamber Board of Directors.
Dr. Morris is a clinical associate professor with the Emory University School of Medicine and currently serves as Managing Partner of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates (Frazier Healthcare / United Digestive), which has over 35 locations and 14 ASCs in the Atlanta, GA area. He initially joined the practice in 1978. Following his internship and residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Dr. Morris completed a fellowship in digestive diseases at the University of Miami. Dr. Morris is a member of numerous professional associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society. He is past president of the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society and previously served as chief of staff at Emory University Hospital Midtown Hospital. Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University at Buffalo in New York, Dr. Morris also received his medical degree from the University. He also holds a juris doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law. Steven serves on the Board of EyeSouth Partners, Shore Capital’s Atlanta-based eye care platform.
Until retiring in 2014, Paul spent 30 years at HCA, rising to president of its 61-hospital Central Group. Paul joined HCA in 1982 as COO in the company’s New Orleans market and has held a number of leadership positions within the system. Prior to this, He served as President of TriStar Health System from June 1996 to January 2001 and served as President of Centennial Medical Center from May 1993 to June 1996. Additionally, Paul currently serves as a senior advisor with local investment firm Clayton Associates. A Fellow in the American College of HealthCare Executives, Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and Master’s degree in Health Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Paul serves on the Board of SouthStar Urgent Care, Shore Capital’s urgent care platform based in Louisiana.
Kathy Shea serves as the Chief Financial Officer for EyeSouth Partners. Kathy most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Vein Clinics of America, a Frazier HealthCare and Bain Capital-backed company. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for 4 years until December 2020 for EyeCare Partners, LLC the largest vertically integrated provider of vision care nationally. In partnership with the ECP team, the Company successfully transacted in 2020 for $2.2 billion to Partners Group from its initial sponsor FFL. Previously she served as Chief Financial Officer of AdvoServ, a GI portfolio company, serving individuals with extreme intellectual and developmental disabilities until it transacted to Wellspring Capital Management. She has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive within healthcare for both payers and providers and across other industries. She has provided strategic and financial leadership to for-profit companies ranging in size from start-up to large-capitalization as well as not-for-profits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and French from Smith College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Kathy lives in St Louis presently and is from New York originally.

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Drew M. Locandro received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. He attended Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey, where he specialized in otolaryngology and completed his residency at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Dr. Locandro has extensive experience with common ENT procedures and special expertise with nasal/sinus surgery, cosmetic nasal surgery, and advanced ear surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
Louis B. Kalish, M.D., earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he also completed an internship and residency in Pediatrics. He acquired his Allergy and Clinical Immunology specialty training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Kalish is board certified by both the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
Dr. Kalish is actively involved with both patient and family asthma education programs. He has authored both scientific papers and abstracts regarding medications used in the treatment of asthma and exercise-induced asthma. His primary areas of interest include the management of pediatric asthma and food allergy.
Dr. Kalish and his wife Betty have three children, Joshua, Sara, and Hannah. Dr. Kalish is an avid cyclist and participates yearly in charity rides for both the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Diabetes Association. He has been a physician volunteer for Camp Barney Medintz for more than a decade.
Dr. Puchalski is the founding physician and Chairman at South Carolina ENT and has a special interest in obstructive sleep apnea and rhinology (including allergy). Dr. Puchalski has proudly served leadership roles in many medical specialty organizations and is currently the South Carolina representative to the AAO-HNS Board of Governors, a delegate to the AMA representing the AAOA, and a member of the ENTPAC and AAOA Boards.
David W. Carlton, M.D., earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. He then practiced as a staff Internist at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, for three years. After that he completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. He returned to the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, where he served as Chief of Allergy and Immunology for two years. He left the U.S. Navy after ten years of service, including a deployment to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Dr. Carlton is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology as well as the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Carlton has a special interest in the medical management of sinusitis and treatment of venom hypersensitivity.
Dr. Carlton lives in Rome with his wife Dagmar and their three children. He enjoys reading, golf and southern history.
